Description

Architectural Concept

The architectural concept is based on a horizontal framework that organizes the building's massing. Vertical panels create rhythm and identity across the façade, while recessed loggias establish a direct relationship between the private living spaces and the city.

Concept Design

  1. Base Volume — The design begins with a clean urban volume that respects the site boundaries and the surrounding urban context.
  2. Horizontal Framework — Horizontal slabs create a strong architectural frame that organizes and defines the façade.
  3. Vertical Rhythm — Vertical panels introduce rhythm and visual identity, enhancing the building's architectural expression.
  4. Loggias as Living Space — The loggias create a transitional zone between the apartments and the city, extending the living experience beyond the interior spaces.
  5. Concept Visualization — The final composition emerges from the interaction of the horizontal slabs, vertical façade elements, and recessed loggias. The cubic volumes represent the primary living spaces within the building, clearly expressing the relationship between structure, enclosure, and habitation.
