Located near the historic church district of Shkodër, Roma Residence draws inspiration from the timeless architectural language of Rome, reinterpreting the grandeur of the Colosseum through a contemporary residential vision.

The project is defined by a rhythmic façade of elegant arches that wrap the building on all sides, creating a strong architectural identity while establishing a dialogue between history and modern living. Rather than replicating historical forms, the design transforms them into a contemporary urban expression, where light, shadow, and proportion shape the character of the building.

Generous loggias, landscaped balconies, and recessed terraces introduce greenery throughout the façade, softening the monumentality of the structure and enhancing the quality of everyday life. At street level, a stone-clad arcade creates an inviting pedestrian experience, activating the public realm and connecting the residence to the surrounding urban fabric.

Roma Residence aspires to become a new landmark for Shkodër—an architecture that respects the city's cultural heritage while embracing a forward-looking vision of urban living. The result is a building that feels both familiar and distinctive, rooted in history yet designed for contemporary life.
